Do I need to register before I placing an order?

Yes, you do. You can easily create your own Pet Jarl profile by creating a username and password. We recommend that you use your email address as your username, to make it easy to remember. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters.


How do I place an order?

When viewing an item, click ADD TO CART after selecting the size, color and quantity. Once you have added all product you desire in the cart, simply click the button Checkout on the right top of front page, and you be directed to complete the shipping address and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just place?

You can contact customer service to cancel the order or change the order information within 4 hours after the orders are placed. Change order information includes: change contact information, receiving address, product color and size.


What shipping methods does Pet Jarl use?

By default we provide E Packet shipping method. However, due to the different express companies in various countries we also provide DHL, EMS to delivery parcels.If you need to change the courier method, please contact customer service. change the courier method may need to pay the difference.


How can I track my order?

We will send the package information including track number to your registered email, and you can track the order on the following website according to the type of package information we send to you.

How long does shipping take?

Japan, Korea and other Asian countries: 3 - 7 working days

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: 7 - 15 working days

Other countries: 8 - 20 working days

How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$39.99; And need to pay US$8 on orders less than US$39.99.


What countries does Pet Jarl ships to?

We can ship goods to most countries in the world, if you are not sure whether your country can receive goods or not, please contact customer service to check.


I did not receive my parcel.

If you have not received the product within 60 to 90 days, please contact our customer service and we will refund the full payment.

Can I return an item? How do I return or exchange an item?

You can contact us to return items within 14 days of receiving items, following are the circumstances in which returns and exchanges are granted:

1. You have received a manufacturing defective or damage item;

2. You have received a wrong size or color item;

3. You have received a wrong product.

4. You do not want the items;

5. You have placed a wrong order ( wrong product, size, color and type);

6. Damages caused by accident;

7. Improper use and care;

8. Normal wear and tear.

Note:Customers are responsible for the shipping fees, and Pet Jarl reserves the right to provide final interpretation.


How do I get a refund?

Followings are the circumstances in which refunds are granted:

You do not want the items, and you keep the package unopened and intact, then you can contact customer service to return items within 10 days of receiving items. You also responsible for the shipping fees. We will offer you a refund upon we receive the item
